Find comfort in being uncomfortable

I tell clients before concentrate on any diet or workout regimen, get your mind prepared for the discomfort. Discomfort should become your best friend. Search for it, and yearn for it. Most important you should learn to embrace it. I know it may sound scary but you must learn to find comfort in being uncomfortable.
