TSHU paying homage to Ct Fletcher Mike Rashid and Big Rob. 200 reps bench press TSHU athlete Earnest Miller wanted to pay homage to Iron Addicts CT Fletcher, Mike Rashid and big rob by doing a version of hitting 200 reps on the bench press… Starting out with the maximum down to the bar and back up to the max, twenty 10 lb plates, 10 on each side… doing a drop set all the way down with 10 reps at a time.. Then putting the weight back on at 100 reps, all the way back up to 245 lbs…. 200 reps.. extremely short breaks until completion…. This is done more for the mental benefits and mental toughness rather than eesthetics…. Motivation by CT Fletcher “Pops” and Mike Rashid
